Rock the Kasbah Shawl- mosaic knitting, beading

Rock the Kasbah Shawl- mosaic knitting, beading

Are you ready for some new techniques in 2019? This class will teach you mosaic knitting and, optionally, beading and chart reading! Mosaic knitting is deceptively simple; it makes intricate pieces that look a lot more difficult than they actually are. To be successful in this class, you should already have a solid grasp of knit, purl, and increases. You will end up with a beautiful shawl that makes people ask “What are you wearing?!” And, as an added bonus, you’ll get a song from the ‘80’s stuck in your head!

For this class, you should come with work through Row 16 completed before the first meet up.

Rock The Kasbah Shawl by Cindy Garland, is available on as a download. Make sure to print it out in color if you intend on following the charts but there are written directions, too.
