Returns

We will accept returns on yarn and accessories for store credit if:

    • yarn is unwound

    • original packaging is intact

    • item is still in new condition

    • customer has a receipt

Needles & hooks, books, magazines, and consignment & sale yarn are final sale

We will not accept returns on items we no longer stock


Yarn Winding

We are happy to wind any yarn that has been purchased from Wool Workshop.

Buying yarn from us online and want us to wind it for you? Just let us know in the “notes to merchant” box when you check out!

There is a $2/skein charge to wind yarn bought elsewhere.

To serve all of our customers better, we kindly ask that you bring yarn in to be wound on any day other than Saturday.


Project Help/Fixing

Has your project gotten off track? We can help with that!

If you bought your yarn from us and just need a quick fix, come in any time during shop hours and we can get you back on track.

If your project has a bigger issue that needs individual attention, or if it is out of yarn bought elsewhere, we ask that you come in during our drop-in times, 12-1pm on Sundays and 2:15-3:15pm on Tuesdays. For $5, you will get dedicated help so that you can get back to knitting!


We have a 2 person minimum for classes, so feel free to have a friend take a class with you!

Classes are non-refundable, unless the class does not meet the minimum of 2 students or has been cancelled by the teacher.

Making up missed classes is at teacher’s discretion.

Private lessons are available for $22/hour.

Pets

We welcome service animals that are specifically trained to aid a person with a disability, but we ask that you please leave pets at home.
